Pigging Out in Moderation

Frozen pizza is a good/evil for me; it's easy to make, my picky kids eat it, and clean-up is next to nothing. Unfortunately, it's also one of my binge foods. It's not unusual for me to eat 8 or more pieces (whole pizza). But, I found a compromise; I eat a few pieces along with health choices. Yes, it's fattening, yes it's high in calories; but not as bad. "Everything in moderation, including moderation."

if i only buy the small size pizzas then i can't binge as much...

teamoney: Thank you :D

scooterx: I never thought of cutting one in half while it was still frozen! Great idea. One pizza is not enough for my kids and I (they usually eat 3-4 pieces each) and 2 is too many. I was going to throw the leftovers out so I wouldn't binge, but my dad came home for lunch!

katschi: Sounds good, but I don't know if my kids would eat it. I'll have to try sometime. I buy these pizzas, because they're 5 for $10 or on sale 7 for $10.
